DESIGNER BOYS DESIGN SHOW SYDNEY 2026 GIVEAWAY

TERMS & CONDITIONS

1. Promoter

The promoter is Designer Boys Pty Ltd ABN 12 114 201 697 of 1/40-42 O'Riordan St, Alexandria NSW 2015 ("Designer Boys").

2. Promotion Period

The promotion commences at the opening of Design Show Sydney 2026 and closes at the conclusion of the event on Saturday 13 June 2026.

3. Eligibility

Entry is open to all attendees of Design Show Sydney 2026 who are aged 18 years or over.

Employees of Designer Boys and their immediate family members are not eligible to enter.

4. How to Enter

To enter, attendees must have their event badge or lanyard scanned at the Designer Boys stand during the Promotion Period.

No purchase is necessary to enter.

Each eligible attendee may enter once only.

5. Prize

One (1) winner will receive a Designer Boys gift voucher valued at AUD $1,000.

The voucher:

• Must be redeemed within six (6) months of the date of issue.
• Is not redeemable for cash.
• Is not transferable, refundable or exchangeable.
• Cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer, promotion, discount, trade pricing arrangement, wholesale pricing or special pricing agreement.
  
• May be redeemed across one or more purchases until the voucher balance is exhausted or the expiry date is reached, whichever occurs first.

6. Prize Draw

The winner will be selected by random draw during the week commencing 15 June 2026 at the Designer Boys showroom in Alexandria, New South Wales.

7. Winner Notification

The winner will be notified by email and/or telephone using the contact details provided through the Design Show registration process.

If the winner cannot be contacted or does not accept the prize within 14 days of notification, Designer Boys reserves the right to conduct a redraw.

8. Unclaimed Prize Draw

If required, a redraw will be conducted at the Designer Boys showroom in Alexandria, NSW on or after 30 June 2026. The redraw winner will be notified in accordance with clause 7.

9. Privacy

By entering this promotion, entrants acknowledge that their personal information may be provided to Designer Boys by the Design Show organisers for the purposes of administering this promotion and contacting the winner.

10. General

Designer Boys reserves the right to verify the validity of entries and to disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process or breaches these Terms & Conditions.

Designer Boys reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions where reasonably necessary and in accordance with applicable laws.

To the extent permitted by law, Designer Boys will not be liable for any loss, damage or injury suffered in connection with this promotion or the prize.

Participation in this promotion constitutes acceptance of these Terms & Conditions.
