Cancellations

At Designer Boys, we take pride in offering custom-made and curated artworks, crafted specifically for each order. As a result, we have a strict cancellations and amendments policy to ensure the seamless production and fulfillment of all orders.

Cancelling or Amending Your Order

• Before Full Payment & Production: Cancellations and amendments can only be accepted before full payment is received or, for clients on payment terms, before the order has been submitted to our studio for production. If your order has not yet entered production, please contact us as soon as possible at 07 5455 6024 to discuss changes.
• After Production Has Started: Once your order has entered the production process, cancellations or amendments cannot be accommodated. Each artwork is made-to-order, and materials are allocated upon confirmation, making changes impossible at this stage.
