The following terms and conditions apply to all Designer Boys gift card programs, unless stated otherwise:

Designer Boys Art - Gift Card Terms and Conditions

1. Introduction: These Terms and Conditions govern the use of the Designer Boys Art Gift Card ("Gift Card"). By purchasing or using the Gift Card, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
2. Issuance and Redemption: The Gift Card is issued by Designer Boys Art and can be purchased through our official website and our authorised partners. The Gift Card is redeemable only for merchandise available on the Designer Boys Art website. The Gift Card cannot be used to purchase other gift cards or exchanged for cash, except as required by law. The Gift Card may also be purchased using reward points, membership points, or other currencies permitted by authorised partners, in addition to cash.
3. Validity and Expiry: The Gift Card is valid for 36 months (3 years) from the date of purchase, in compliance with Australian Consumer Law. Any unused balance remaining after the expiry date will not be refunded or credited.
4. Balance and Usage: The Gift Card can be used multiple times until the balance reaches zero or the card expires. If a purchase exceeds the available balance on the Gift Card, the difference must be paid using another payment method.
5. Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Cards: Treat your Gift Card like cash. Lost, stolen, or damaged Gift Cards will not be replaced or refunded, except where required by law.
6. Resale and Transfer: The Gift Card is not transferable and must not be resold or offered for resale without Designer Boys Art's prior written consent. Unauthorized resale or transfer may result in cancellation of the Gift Card without refund.
7. Refunds and Returns: Goods purchased with the Gift Card are subject to Designer Boys Art's standard return policy. If a refund is granted for a purchase made with a Gift Card, the refund amount will be credited back to the Gift Card or provided as a store credit, at Designer Boys Art's discretion.
8. Changes to Terms and Conditions: Designer Boys Art reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be posted on our website and will apply to Gift Cards purchased after the date of amendment.
9. Governing Law: These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia.
