A Wiradjuri artist of the Tubba-Gah clan from Dubbo, Karen lives and works on Darug country in Penrith, NSW. Her name, meaning ‘mountain’, was given by her Uncle, Roper River elder Michael Huddleston. Her practice explores memory and its connection to landscape—traces both seen and felt. Her work is held in major collections and includes commissions for Life Apparel, Cadbury Roses and Northland Shopping Centre.
